At Vertiv, we are tackling the challenge of promoting the development of diverse talent, part of which is the inclusion of a greater number of women in the data center industry. Women’s talents extend to all areas of knowledge and we at Vertiv seek to provide forums that promote and create spaces to showcase these talents. As more women participate in the fields of science and technology, others will feel they can succeed in these areas and feel more motivated to pursue these careers.
